Improved bowel movements
For my 3-year-old with irritable bowel syndrome, I purchased this to help with his bowel movements. He's resistant to tablets, so I crush them and mix them into oat milk, which works as he enjoys the taste. It would be easier if he could take them as tablets, but I’ll continue with this method.
